Our Culture

Our Culture

At Puritan Capital, our first objective is to serve the customer. While our ultimate goal is to deliver a quality product, we understand that success requires more than that. We try our best to listen well, return emails and phone calls promptly, meet our deadlines, and resolve issues honestly and fairly. In short, we put our customers at the center of everything we do.

History

Puritan Capital was built from two like-minded organizations. Puritan Press was founded in 1976 to serve the needs of New England’s academic institutions. We are proud to be print partners with seven universities, including Harvard, MIT, Lesley, and Dartmouth.

Capital Offset was founded in 1936 and joined us in June, 2012. One of the nation’s highest-quality offset printers, Capital serves museums and galleries nationwide and brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to our new partnership. The new company, Puritan Capital, currently operates three full shifts in Hollis, NH, with 50 employees.
